The children and I (both in our family and our classroom) share “mindful minutes” or even moments throughout our days. Even just a brief pause and a couple of mindful breaths can bring more calm and clarity and intention into your life…or a child’s.
Take the opportunity to pause as you are going out the front door, or between classes, or the grocery store. Mindfulness can happen all day, everywhere! Not just sitting in Sukhasana in a flower garden with the Buddha!
